I'm Jack I live in a big house and a little house. I have two sister's, my first sister's name is Lily and my other sister's name is Kiana. I have a cat. I like to surf and play baseball.


Hi, I'm Kyle. I have two siblings, one is named Charlie the other is named Tina. Charlie is 24 and Tina is 22. My favorite food is tacos. I like to play Super Smash Bros Brawl and Pokemon Y on my free times. My favorite subject is computers. This summer I'm going to go Japan and after summer, I'm going to be in 5th grade. I'm going to turn 11 next January. I go to Maryknoll School. My favorite song is Counting Stars. I'm such a phenomenal person!

                               

 About the Ahupua'a

The ahupua'a is the system of land division where each people live in their own ahupua'a. The people had to make all of their products with the resources they are given. The resources came from the 3 places in the ahupua'a, Uka- mountains, Kula- shore, and  Kai- ocean. The rules were also strict. For example if the shadow of the chief touches someone, they had to be killed. They had to use plants for medicine. The ahupua'a has been around Hawaii for over 600 years. During the ahupua'a, the people could not swim in the ocean because they treated it like a sacred place since they got fish from the ocean.
